Chilled and Thrilled

32 degrees Fahrenheit.  Typically I do not run outside unless it is 38 or warmer.  Not sure why other than I can't seem to breathe when it is much colder. Be Awesome People

I saw this on Road ID's Facebook page, here , and had to print it out!! I love it sooo much! It is in my bathroom right above the light switch as you walk out. Yeah, I'm weird like that :) This pic is me after my two mile run (ok, run/walk interval). It was cold!! My knees were sore tonight and I couldn't quite relax into my normal form, but I survived! Woot Woot!! I figure that by the time I figure out how to dress for the cold, it will be warm! Oh well, I'll be ready for next year! :) Happy Monday is almost over! Trish
