I just wanted to pop in quick and share a coupon with you all. It is for a road id. I ordered a Road ID bracelet and those nice folks sent me a coupon for a dollar off for my friends. The coupon code is ThanksTrisca607143. Go here to use it.
COMMENTS CLOSED!!! I'll be back later with a new post to share the winners :) Thanks to all who entered!! ONE WORLD-ONE HEART I'm proud to announce my One world-One heart giveaway!! This is my first year and I think it's way cool! A Whimsical Bohemian is the hostess for this amazing event and I "pirated" the follwing paragraph of info about the event from her: "The original idea behind this giveaway event was to bring bloggers together from around the world who may never ordinarily meet. It closes the gap of the blog community and enables us to interact, discover new and wonderful people, and in the process possibly win a prize or many prizes along the way. 2007 had roughly 85-90 participants and many connections were made because of it......friendships that are still going strong. We had a strong showing the first year for sure, and then in 2008 we had just about tripled that number. This is more than wanting to win something.......that is only the means.....
I hope you had a wonderful holiday and are getting off to a great start to the new year. I wanted to thank you for entering my Sew Mama Sew Giveaway. I know that that was a busy week for everyone trying to enter all of the contests and it was hard to actually take the time to get a good look at the blogs. So I would like to invite you back to one or both of my blogs to look around and see if one of them is a place that you would like to come back and visit again. If so, please consider signing up as a follower or putting me on your blog list so you will know when I post. My sewing blog is www.sewingwithtrudy.blogspot.com and my art blog is www.artisticcreationswithtrudy.blogspot.com I would also like to remind you that my 9 year old daughter has her own sewing blog. You can visit her at www.sewingsister.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your time, and I hope you have a beautiful day.
God bless,
Trudy
Good for you for getting a Road ID. I didn't get one until I was training for my first marathon, which is just plain old silly.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to commend you on your first 5K. I remember my first 5K, I was 3 dress sizes larger than I am right now. And I followed a walk to run program with total success, as I finished my 5K in triumphant glory... albeit, slowly. I was so pleased with myself that I started a blog pretty much right then so I could brag! I cannot WAIT to come back and read your race report. Have FUN!
