I've been doing a lot of soul searching lately. Trying to decide why I'm lifting weights and running and why I secretly want to do a triathlon... The challenge? ~ love me a good challenge. Weight loss? ~ duh! Fitness? ~ yep that too! Unfortunately, I know myself well enough to know none of these reasons are enough. Why do I want this soooo badly? I can't put my finger on it, but I do know that I want it and I've decided that for now, that is enough!
