Wow. I have certainly let life get in my way. What a busy summer! I have not been taking very good care of myself. It's time to recommit!
I'm starting tomorrow with the 100 push-up challenge. I'll also be challenging myself to eat at least 4 servings of fruits and veggies everyday. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but trust me on this one.
As for running, I'm cautious. My PF has been terrible this summer. One run and I can't walk the next day. But you know what? I'm bigger than that. I'm not going to let it win. I'm going to keep fighting the fight. I know I can push through and overcome. I have to.
